demon guardian

When I sat down on my little stool on the train to create my new drawing, I somehow couldn't help myself. The stress of work life and the people squeezing around me... it called for something intense on paper 🌑💥. The result is a demon guardian holding a thorny pole in a dynamic stance - an embodiment of dark power and concentration 🔥🔪.

The use of pencil and pastel on a gray background again proved to be the perfect combination, also for this guardian of the dark. I myself am always amazed at the results as soon as I activate the white pastel pencil 🕯️.

The reptilian cloak was a creative mixture of the original cloth cloak and something more aggressive, as was the Demon Guardian's thorny axe 🔪💫.
