This picture was done during a train ride. First it started as a simple portrait of an old man and gradually grew into the current version of a steam troll. Unfortunately, the remaining space on the sheet prevented me from expanding his "hair" even further.
The image is drawn on gray sketch paper with pencil (3B-4H) and white pastel pencil for the highlights.
